POSITION:  SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE / SALES EXECUTIVE LOCATION: KUALA LUMPUR / KOTA KINABALU & TAWAU, SABAH (3 LOCATIONS) Job Responsibilities: –

• Responsible to drive profitable sales & category/brand share growth in the channel that is being assigned.
• Develop a strategic business plan for the total company portfolio.
• Achieve the company’s goals with Sales, Account Receivable, and Merchandising standards.
• Manage continuous improvement on sales processes, sales plans, customer satisfaction, etc.,
• Analyze collection trends and suggest solutions for prompt payments.
• Liaison with existing customers and recruitment of potential new customers. This includes monitoring the market to seek opportunities and provide input on product performance, new marketing or sales trends and etc.,
• Manage a team of sales personnel, by monitoring the team’s key performance indicator (KPI) achievements. Conduct regular reviews to provide feedback on performance gaps and requirements for improvement.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
• Possess 5 years of sales experience in General Trade (GT/Industry), Key Wholesales, and distributors, and good networking in FMCG organizations is essential for this position.
• Possess own transport.
• Good proficiency in MS OFFICE especially MS EXCEL.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
• Possess good interpersonal skills, is self-motivated and proactive with a positive work attitude.
