Customer Support:Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media platforms.
Resolve customer issues, complaints, or requests, ensuring satisfaction and a positive customer experience.
Help with returns, exchanges, and refunds (if applicable).
Product or Service Knowledge:

Learn the company’s products, services, and policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
Assist customers in troubleshooting problems or guiding them through technical processes.
Documenting Interactions:

Record details of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints in the company’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
Update customer profiles and ensure data is accurate.
Collaboration:

Work with other departments (e.g., sales, technical support) to escalate issues that require additional assistance.
Provide feedback on recurring customer issues, suggesting possible improvements or solutions.
Process Improvement:

Participate in team meetings to discuss ways to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency.
Assist in improving FAQ pages, customer service scripts, or help desk resources.
Administrative Support:

Help with data entry, organizing records, and managing customer service workflows.
