Job scope:

Support with day to day HR administrative works including attendance record to system; grants & licensing research and application.
Perform recruitment functions such as do research and analysis on recruitment portal, set up recruitment post.
Assist in permit/ licensing renewal.
Schedule interview session.
Prepare employees benefits.
Assist in new comer onboard administration work.
Assist in company activities/ meeting preparation.
Carry out any tasks as assigned by reporting manager.

 

Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent.
